Intense straw yellow wine. The nose is a fragrance of sweet focaccia, toasted hazelnuts and caramel. In the mouth it has a clever and elegant entrance supported by freshness and a fine and creamy bubble.
The bottles remain on yeasts for a period of 24 months. After the break, the wine rests a few months before being put into consumption.
